Billy Kramer received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in May of 2005. Prior to launching his solo practice in 2011, Mr. Kramer was an Associate at Saper Law Office, LLC, a small but reputable entertainment, IP, business and litigation firm. Mr. Kramer received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Dayton in 2002. He is admitted to the bars of the State of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois.
